I love this centerpiece from Flower Duet. It just screams spring to me. Putting this together uses the same concept as the one above.
1. Put a smaller vase inside the larger one and line the outside portion with Peeps.
2. Cover in saran wrap before you arrange the flowers in the smaller vase. Skewers would be perfect to hold the Peeps in the bouquet in place.
